  • Live preview your message as you write, and send yourself a test email to see exactly what patients will receive.

  • Customize the sender name and email prefix to match your practice and make your emails feel more personal and trustworthy.

  • Add your practice logo to email campaigns for a professional, branded touch—just be sure to check how it displays in the preview.

  • SMS campaigns now include the practice location and clinician name, making messages feel more familiar and improving response rates across mobile channels.

All of these tools help ensure your outreach feels intentional, recognizable, and worth responding to.

Your dashboard just got a major upgrade—giving you more control, better insights, and a cleaner view of what matters most:

  • New graphs now show:

    • Survey Completion Time – how long it takes patients to complete a survey after opening it

    • Survey Response Time – how long it takes from campaign send to survey submission

  • Customize your dashboard layout by moving or hiding charts to focus on the data that supports your workflow.

  • Filter your view to zoom in on specific campaigns, surveys, or timeframes—making it easier to analyze trends and take action.

👥 Introducing Groups

Now you can organize multiple related practices under a single Group, all managed by one Group Admin. Run campaigns across all practices at once, customize settings, and scale your impact with ease.


🧹 One-Click Campaign Cleanup

Say goodbye to error-hunting. A new Cleanup button lets you remove unsubscribed, bounced, or incomplete entries with one click. Review error types and recipient counts before clearing them from your campaign.


🧩 Better Custom Surveys

Want to collect standard demographic data? You can now include the PCPCM demographics in your custom surveys, along with your tailored questions.
