For Commercial Use of the PCPCM
The commercial use of the Person-Centered Primary Care Measure (PCPCM) includes any application of the PCPCM that directly or indirectly generates revenue, involves paid services, or is part of a product or service offering, regardless of whether the use is for internal purposes or provided to third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, use in clinical practice, health care management systems, data collection services, consulting, product development, or integration into platforms, tools, or technologies that are sold, licensed, or otherwise monetized. Any such use requires obtaining a formal license from Smart Measures.
